Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, signing up for a plan, or using any service on this site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
BSS-CLI Mobile (the "Service") is a prepaid mobile telecommunications service. Plans are bundled-prepaid: an upfront monthly charge to your card on file, no proration, no overage charges. When a bundle runs out, the line is blocked until the next renewal or a VAS top-up purchase.
3. Card on file
A valid payment method is required at signup and at every renewal. A failed charge means service does not activate (signup) or the line is blocked (renewal). There is no grace period, no retry ladder, and no manual collections workflow.
4. Plans, allowances, and changes
Plan prices are snapshotted at signup. A plan price change in the catalog does not affect your current subscription; renewal charges the snapshotted price unless a regulator-notified migration applies. You may schedule a plan change at any time; it takes effect at the next renewal boundary, with no proration.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a line at any time. Cancellation is immediate and permanent: the MSISDN and eSIM profile are released; you do not receive a refund for the remainder of the current period.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass others, distribute illegal content, or evade lawful regulatory requirements. We reserve the right to suspend service for violations.
7. AI-assisted support
The chat surface uses an AI assistant for routine account questions. The AI cannot resolve fraud, billing disputes, regulator complaints, identity recovery, or bereavement matters — those are escalated to a human within 24 hours. The AI's actions on your account are subject to the same audit trail as any other channel.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email on file with reasonable notice.
